Someren Glen, located in Centennial, CO, is currently hiring CNA's: Certified Nursing Assistants to work PRN in our Skilled Nursing Unit. 

Schedule: PRN Nights, 6:30pm-6:00am.

What will I do?

As a CNA at Someren Glen you will serve our 300 residents in a pleasant, team-oriented environment by performing or assisting residents' basic personal hygiene and activities of daily living that are appropriate in meeting their needs. Our C.N.A.'s provide resident care that encompasses their whole being: social, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical.

  • Responsible for the daily hygiene care of residents.
  • Learns resident's preferences in order to personalize the care that is delivered.
  • Responsible for accurate documentation and prompt reporting of discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for knowing and properly applying safety, infection control and risk management procedures.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with immediate supervisor regarding resident's status and condition.

What do I need for this role?

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License
  • Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) Certification preferred.
  • 3 6 months experience in a long-term care preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
